Below you will find all the information on our shipping methods, lead
times and terms. Please read all the information carefully to avoid any
confusion with the shipping process we use for USA and International
orders.

Most of our orders ship via: "USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service)" We have
found this to be the most cost efficient way to ship your orders. This is how we are able to offer FREE
Shipping on many of our products and low shipping on the others. We can provide other shipping
service upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
All small orders ship via USPS 1st class mail. All purchase orders over $10.00 will have automatic
tracking confirmation.
Tracking Confirmation: You can view your shipment status and tracking numbers in your PayPal account
under the purchase order details. There is no tracking information for orders under $10.00 unless
additional shipping service is purchased. You can always contact us for shipping updates.
Shipping Upgrades: Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your orders shipping method.
Example:
1st class with tracking for orders under $10.00, USPS Priority or Express mail
UPS mail, specific International carrier, Insurance etc..
International Shipments: (Canada and Worldwide)
Order Confirmations and ship to address:
After your order is received we will email you before shipping out, confirming that the order was
receive and that it will ship to the address that was provided in your PayPal payment. We will respond
to your paypal purchase email. If you use a different email you will need to contact us as we will only
have your PayPal email. HikePro will not be responsible for any lost shipments regardless if its carrier
error of if the wrong address is provided by the purchaser. You may purchase shipping insurance, just
contact us. We will work with you on lost orders. To date we have not had any lost orders and would
like to keep it this way. Please make sure you always provide us with your correct ship to address.
If you do not agree with any of our shipping terms, please do not order from our site. These shipping
terms and conditions are not negotiable.

- All orders ship via USPS International Mail: 1st class. Priority and Express available upon request.
- USPS only provides a customs# for International shipments, there is NO tracking information.
- All shipment are the buyers responsibility and the buyer assumes full risk. HikePro will not be
responsible for any lost International shipments. Make sure you provide all correct address info. - All products on our site have the (Intl.) shipment choice, please pick this option if your order is
shipping internationally. Please check your email after you place your order as we will contact
you to confirm your order details and shipping information as well as any additional Intl. shipping
rates that need to be added. Check our Intl. Shipping page for more details.

- All our ready to go products are in stock and will ship on average 1-3 days after payment is received and cleared. You will be
contacted within 48 hours with any shipping delays.
- Int'l orders need address confirmation by email before we ship your items. We will contact you after order is placed.
- **All paracord gear orders are custom made for you, approximate ship date is 3-7 days after
payment and once all details are confirmed (ex: watch style, measure etc..). We might reply to your paypal
email with questions in regards to your order if any details are missing, please check your email** Your order
will be pending until we get your reply.
